Responsible for branding of a condominium renovation brand specializing in design.
We handle concept making, brand naming, planning, model casting, interior styling, photography, brand book design, and movie production.
This project was initially approached by a real estate investment company, who only wanted us to create a catalogue for renovated properties.
However, after detailed interviews about the business and renovations, it became clear that this is an investment business that involves finding properties with high potential, renovating them with high-quality designs, and selling them as condominiums. Going forward, the number of properties will be increased through careful selection. Therefore, rather than simply producing a catalog, Ckd proposed branding the renovation business and creating a brand book.
The property up for sale this time is a condominium in Akasaka, Fukuoka, built during the bubble era. It has been renovated to have an overseas-style design, and the property has been made the most of by branding it.
We explain that by branding, you can create "brand customers," so that when a new property is found and put up for sale in the future, you will already have a buyer, and that by branding, you can gain credibility for your product.
The sophisticated renovation design, which actually uses tiles imported from overseas, allows people to live an overseas-style life while in Fukuoka, so the brand concept is "Achieve the lifestyle you've always dreamed of in Fukuoka," and the brand name was chosen as "COGALETTO." A brand book was created based on this concept. While most real estate property catalogs rely on image photos and property summaries, the "COGALETTO" brand book visualizes "everyday scenes." Casual everyday scenes, such as painting nails, doing laundry, and brushing teeth, are shown in fashionable visuals, giving the target audience an idea of the kind of lifestyle awaiting them if they lived there. In addition to the still photography, video shooting was also carried out, and a brand movie was also produced.
One of the difficulties they faced this time was that they were unable to find an interior stylist in Fukuoka who could create the brand's worldview, so they handled everything from arranging the accessories to styling themselves. Some of the items they purchased were purchased, but items they had collected in the past, such as accessories from trips abroad, also served as props.
